We want you to love your Sugar Bunny Shop purchases, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items and accessories are final sale for hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is protected from damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
